Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
Design and develop robust and scalable software solutions using C#, .NET, PHP, Mendix(a plus), Java, PHP, and SQL scripting.
Collaborate with Development portfolio Managers
Drive software architecture decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Implement and maintain version control processes and tools.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Act as a technical leader, setting high standards for code quality and development processes.
Assist in the analysis of user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, PHP, Mendix(is a big plus), Java, PHP, SQL scripting, and version control systems.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills
Programming Languages: .Net, C#, PHP, Java Php
Low Code Programming Platform: Mendix (is a plus)
