• Required experience: Perform related works as assigned on various technologies such as follows:
    • SAP ECC 6.0
    • SAP R/3 ERP
    • SAP S4 HANA (Fiori) and its modules FI, CO, MM, SD, SM, HR, PP, PM, AM, QM, EHS, HR, SCM, SRM, PS, and GRC
  • Monitor, control, and support service delivery activities framework, incl. management of change requests/service requests from key stakeholders, analysis of production issues, and assistance in providing viable solutions.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside IT and the voice of IT Production delivery within the business
  • Be an ambassador, working across the business functions to provide effective communication on service delivery matters
  • Coordinate incidents and problems leading to the resolution if possible
  • Liaise and engage with business stakeholders as part of the service level management function.
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on service delivery progress
  • Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes within new projects or major releases, ensure that service/support activities impacts are managed, agreed upon, and ensure that service/support activities can be performed according to standard processes and best practices
  • Be accountable for the quality of Service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems
