- CCNA Certified but not required; Experience is an advantage
- 1 year demonstrated/actual experience in a project or O&M environment
- Routing and Switching Experience is a MUST
- Security Or Wireless Background/Experience (Hands-On) is an advantage

– For Security: (Basic and Any) – Palo Alto
- Good Communication Skills
- Detail Orientated
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Experience with Technical Documentation
- On-Site / On-Call Dispatch to Client Premises
- Level 2 / Level 3 Support such as Preventive Maintenance Activities
