DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Windows OS for desktop and laptop support
• Desktop application support
• Windows AD access management
• Call and e-mail management
• Queries and IT related questions
• IT Communications management
• Alerts and escalation
• Oracle password reset
• Users IT asset information entry verification
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors in computer application-BSCS/BSIT/BSCOE and other related courses
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years work experience in providing Service Desk Role.
Can speak Mandarin, English & Tagalog
Knowledge of following subjects would be required
• Working knowledge in Technical and application Support, Network concepts.
• Working knowledge in performing troubleshooting, testing and configurations
• Basic knowledge in Network concepts and Information Security
• Intermediate knowledge on different Microsoft Applications and Tools – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
