Job Responsibilities

  1. Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  2. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  3. Conduct background checks and validation of employee documents.
  4. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  5. Be responsible to control, regulate and print company ID cards.
  6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  8. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  9. Undertake tasks around performance management.
  10. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  11. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  12. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  13. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  14. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  15. Be responsible to process monthly payrolls.
  16. Work with IT team on issues and improvements of e-Office, timekeeping devices and related tools used by HR.
  17. Work with operations group to assess and analyze overtime, leaves and related employee patterns.
  18. Plan and execute annual events when approved by the President and CEO.
  19. Ensure to regularly update SOP documents, policies and procedures related to HR.
  20. Provide feedback and recommend improvements needed on company policies.

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  2. Full understanding of labor laws and DOLE regulations.
  3. Familiar on how to use a payroll system.
  4. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  5. Broad knowledge and understanding on regulatory or government agencies like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR and other related agencies.
  6. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
  7. Excellent communication and people skills.
  8. Aptitude in problem-solving.
  9. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
  10. Able to collaborate with multi-nationals related to recruitment and HR activities.
