Job Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct background checks and validation of employee documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Be responsible to control, regulate and print company ID cards.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Be responsible to process monthly payrolls.
- Work with IT team on issues and improvements of e-Office, timekeeping devices and related tools used by HR.
- Work with operations group to assess and analyze overtime, leaves and related employee patterns.
- Plan and execute annual events when approved by the President and CEO.
- Ensure to regularly update SOP documents, policies and procedures related to HR.
- Provide feedback and recommend improvements needed on company policies.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Full understanding of labor laws and DOLE regulations.
- Familiar on how to use a payroll system.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Broad knowledge and understanding on regulatory or government agencies like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR and other related agencies.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
- Able to collaborate with multi-nationals related to recruitment and HR activities.
