Job Title: SAP/Master Data
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Job Summary:

The SAP/Master Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of enterprise data across SAP and non-SAP systems. The role includes managing service level agreements (SLA) for incident resolution and requests, extracting and cleansing data, and transforming it into reliable formats for business processes and decision-making. This position also involves implementing scalable data integration solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to address data needs, and driving continuous improvements in data quality, workflows, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SLAs for incidents, inquiries, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Extract, manage, and maintain both structured and unstructured data from SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.

  • Implement scalable data integration solutions to support comprehensive enterprise information management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address data needs, and manage metadata effectively.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data workflows, quality, and overall efficiency.
