Job Summary:

The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort. This role translates business requirements into accurate and efficient RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational reliability. The RPA Developer manages the full lifecycle of automation from setup and testing to deployment while proactively troubleshooting issues to maintain high system efficiency. Additionally, the role provides ongoing technical support and optimization, ensuring the success of automation initiatives and delivering measurable value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for RPA solutions.

  • Design, develop, and optimize RPA processes in line with best practices and organizational standards.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of automation, including development, testing, and deployment into production environments.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in RPA processes while maintaining high code quality and reliability.

  • Provide technical support, assist in deployments, and ensure the success of RPA initiatives by delivering measurable business value.
