Job Title: Account Manager (IT Infrastructure and Applications Solutions)
Location: Metro Manila

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and driving business opportunities for applications and infrastructure solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate application and infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities and support sales growth through account expansion and solution offerings.
  • Coordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to develop proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution overviews to clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation, closing, and account development.
  • Monitor project and service delivery to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on application, cloud, network and security infrastructure, and IT solutions relevant to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate account records, sales activities, forecasts, and client documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, sales, business development, or IT solutions.
  • Background in selling or supporting IT Infrastructure and Applications Solutions is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of IT solutions, including applications, cloud, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and related infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong business development and problem-solving abilities.
