Job Title: Cisco ACI Engineer
Location: Metro Manila

Job Summary:

The Cisco ACI Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise data center network infrastructure. The role ensures network availability, security, scalability, and performance while providing technical support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, routing, and switching issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
  • Configure and maintain network policies, segmentation, and security controls.
  • Support data center infrastructure projects, migrations, and network enhancements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver network solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize network performance and reliability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and network security concepts.
  • Experience with enterprise network infrastructure and data center technologies.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with network automation or scripting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant networking certifications are an advantage (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
